3. Account Requirements
To use Cipzo, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Install Cipzo through the Shopify App Store
- Grant the required Shopify permissions
- Provide accurate account information
4. Subscription and Billing
Cipzo offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Billing is handled through Shopify Billing. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specifically stated in these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Cipzo for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Interfere with the operation of our service
- Use our service to collect data about other users
6. Intellectual Property
Cipzo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cipzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling Cipzo from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
